MFS Supps – Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with MFS Supps. We aim to get your supplements to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we handle and deliver your orders.
1. Order Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be packed and shipped.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping within Australia
We ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers such as Australia Post or equivalent services.

Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

A flat rate shipping of $9.95 Australia Wide shipping will be applied at checkout.
3. International Shipping
At this time, MFS Supps only ships within Australia.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel through the carrier’s website.
If you haven’t received your tracking info within 2 business days of ordering, please contact us at supplements@mfs247.com.au.
5. Delays and Lost Packages
While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high volumes.

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact us and we’ll investigate with the courier.

MFS Supps is not liable for delays once your order has been dispatched, but we’ll assist as best we can to resolve issues.
6. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping fees.

MFS Supps is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or items are missing:

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order

Provide your order number, photos of the package, and a description of the issue
We’ll do our best to resolve the situation quickly, whether by replacement, exchange, or store credit (based on our Refund & Exchange Policy).
